Darius Cozmic Collection Dated on PS4

Taito has announced that the PlayStation 4 version of Darius Cozmic Collection will launch in Japan on March 5, 2020 with both an AE (Arcade Edition) and CE (Consumer Edition) releasing. The Nintendo Switch version of the Consumer Edition will also receive a free update on the same date adding the PC Engine version of Darius Plus, the SNES version of Super Nova, and the Genesis version of Sagaia. Trials of Mana Demo Rated

A Trials of Mana demo is scheduled for release worldwide on the PlayStation Store from icons uploaded to th servers. A Nintendo Switch eShop release is also to be expected. Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions Announced

Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions for worldwide 2020 release on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. The Switch version allows for up to 4-player action in TV or Tabletop modes (1 player in Handheld mode), and features local multiplayer. This is the first Captain Tsubasa home game in 10 years. Little Town Hero Physical Version Announced

Rainy Frog have announced they will be publishing a packaged version of the RPG Little Town Hero for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan on 23 April priced at ¥3,850. A digital PS4 version will release on the same date published by Game Freak. The game launched on the Switch eShop last October priced at ¥2,750.

Bandai Namco Entertainment have just announced the latest Idolmaster game for home console(s) with The Idolmaster Starlit Season (stylised as “THE IDOLM@STER STARLIT SEASON”) featuring a completely new story. Dragon Quest XI Sells 5.5m

Sqyare-Enix have announced that Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age has shipped over 5.5 million units worldwide across the PS4, 3DS, and PC versions, along with the Switch “Definitive Edition”. These numbers include digital sales. The Switch version will be discounted to ¥6,499 on the eShop from 20 December – 05 January or ¥7,499 for the ‘Gorgeous Version’. Kuru Kuru Chameleon Adding Story Mode

Joyfulstar will be updating the competitive puzzle game Kuru Kuru Chameleon later this week (19 December), adding a Story Mode. The game is available now priced at ¥1,000. A PlayStation 4 version also releases on 19 December. Kuru Kuru Chameleon originally released on both Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable in 2006 and is known as “Chameleon: To Dye For!” in North America and “Kameleon” in Europe.

Arcade Archives Penguin Wars Announced

The classic arcade game Arcade Archives Penguin Wars will be coming to PlayStation 4 according to a PSN tracking website. Almost assuredly, the game will also be coming to Nintendo Switch. Penguin Wars was originally published by UPL in 1985, and received Famicom and MSX ports. A later Game Boy version (known as “King of the Zoo” in Europe) also released, with the Switch recently receiving a remake courtesy of City Connection. Thanks to Naruki for the heads-up!
