Family Trainer Announced For Switch
Bandai Namco Entertainment have announced that the Wii fitness game Family Trainer is coming to Nintendo Switch this December.
Family Trainer is a a home-based athletics game that you can play with your whole body! The packaged version of the game comes with a “Leg Band” (the download version requires a separate purchase) which is used to attach the Joy-Con to your legs and play 15 types of mini-games where you can run, jump, and move your whole body to play!
The game features the same 15 mini-games as included with the 2008 Wii version of Family Trainer (known as Active Life: Outdoor Challenge in North America) such as Minecart Adventure, Kayak Attack, Mole Stomper, Pipe Slider, Sprint Challenge, and more, along with various training modes, and two-player (two Leg Bands and Joy-Con are required).
Family Trainer releases for Nintendo Switch (it will be incompatible with Nintendo Switch Lite) on Thursday, December 17, 2020, priced at ¥5,478 for the packaged version (with game and leg band) or ¥4,378 for the download version.
