The latest Switch game to receive a new VR update was Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker with four levels playable using the Nintendo Labo VR Goggles.

● From Monday: Level-5 confirmed Yo-kai Watch 1 for Nintendo Switch for 10 October release. City Connection announce Ninja JaJaMaru-kun Collection for Winter release.

● From Tuesday: Nintendo financials had Nintendo Switch sales up 13% and total 36.87 million although profits are down. Super Mario Maker 2 sold 2.42 million in just three days.

● From Wednesday: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate updated to Ver. 4.0.0 and added the Hero DLC. Splatoon 2 updated to Ver. 5.0.0. Fire Emblem: Three Houses opened with 143,130.

● From Thursday: Nintendo announced a Nintendo Live 2019 two day event in Kyoto on 13-14 October. Mario Tennis Aces received its last new content with coloured Koopa Troopas and Paratroopas.

● From Friday: A Feh Channel broadcast revealed a new Lost Lore event and Summer Celebration for Fire Emblem Heroes. Level-5 revealed the new yokai Chokkey, Shiwomaneki, and Kawauso.

● From Saturday: Dragon Quest X Ibara no Miko to Horobi no Kami Online will release for Switch and Wii U on 24 October and Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition will see a demo.
