Weekly News Update with Cube Creator DX, Nin-Godzilla, Pokémon Bank, Plantera and more news!

● A really quiet week. The biggest game announcement was the pictured Cube Creator DX for Nintendo 3DS on 27 April as a retail package. The previous version has been dowloaded an impressive 360,000 times where it is the 7th best-selling paid Japanese 3DS eShop game in Japan.

● The My Nintendo Store finally opened up (here) and had an incredible amount of problems due to too many people attempting to pre-order the now sold out Nintendo Switch. Nin-Godzilla became the face of the Store during this downtime.

● An awesome Animal Crossing × Fueki collaboration was announced. Full details and pictures here and here but in-short you can buy Kent, Isabelle and KK Slider glue pots with Noribou visiting the New Leaf campsite in February!

Pokémon Bank (and PokéMover/Poké Transporter) were finally updated making it possible to add Pocket Monsters from the Red, Green, Blue and Yellow games to Pokémon Sun Moon.

Plantera: Garden Life was announced for both the Japanese 3DS and Wii U eShops next week priced at ¥500 each (no cross buy) courtesy of Rainy Frog. Go here for the official website.

● Tomorrow Corporation confirmed that they will try to localise the Switch versions of Little Inferno, World of Goo and Human Resource Machine for Japan at a later date (but not at launch).

● That’s all for this week but a more exciting week planned for next with the release of both Fire Emblem Heroes (iOS/Android) and Sayonara! Hako Boy! (3DS). As always – thanks for following!
