Nintendo Switch uses Semiconductor Solutions from STMicroelectronics 

STMicroelectronics yesterday confirmed that several of their products contribute to the Nintendo Switch hardware including 6-axis inertial sensors that are embedded in the main console and in the Joy-Con controllers, the capacitive touch-screen controller IC mounted in the main console, three STM32 32-bit micro controller and the NFC controller IC in the Joy-Con ® controller and the Nintendo Switch Pro controller allowing amiibo usage with the console.
