Pokémon Sword & Shield has now outsold Splatoon 2 in retail sales in Japan, and has now sold 3,312,358 physical units as of 19 January 2020. The best-selling game is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, with 3,522,802 units sold. Check out the full top 10 software sales for this week at this post.

Pokémon Sword & Shield has become the third Nintendo Switch game to sell over 3 million physical copies in Japan, after Splatoon 2 and Super Smash Bros.
