Pac-Man VS. will have Download Play support 

Bandai Namco Entertainment have detailed multiplayer options for Pac-Man VS. in the Namco Museum compilation for Nintendo Switch.

ーYou can play with 1 to 3 people on 1 Nintendo Switch but only as Ghosts.
ーMultiplayer will require each player to have a controller.
ーWith 2 Nintendo Switches you can play as Pac-Man (1 person) and as a Ghost (1 to 3 people) by local communication by downloading a free App on the eShop enabling Download Play (as long as one person has purchased the full game).

Namco Museum confirmed for Japan 

Bandai Namco Entertainment will release Namco Museum for Nintendo Switch in Japan this Summer priced at ¥3,000 ($27). The full list of games (including Pac-Man VS) are:-
