Moonlighter Japanese Release

Teyon Japan will be bringing the action RPG Moonlighter: Tenshu to Yuusha no Bouken to the Nintendo Switch eShop in Japan this Winter priced at ¥2,000. Trailer added below.

Moonlighter Coming To Japan  

11 bit studios have announced that they will also publish the action-RPG Moonlighter on the Nintendo Switch eShop in Japan this November. Check out the release date announcement trailer below…

Edit: Teyon Japan have confirmed they will be localising for Japan as Moonlighter: Tenshu to Yuusha no Bouken by the end of 2018.

Daily News Update with Moonlighter, Zombie Gold Rush, Touhou Koubutou V, Bonobono and more news!


● Amazing Inc. will be publishing the 2D zombie shooter Zombie Gold Rush on 26 October priced at ¥500.

● Mediascape will also be publishing Touhou Koubutou V on 2 November priced at ¥3,000.

● The ARMS Ver.3.2 update is now available adding Badges, Replay List and game balance adjustment.

Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver. has been updated to Ver.1.2.0 adding and some button configurations for camera etc.

● The first screenshots for Nippon Ichi’s new JRPG Anata no Shikihime Kyouikutan have been published by Famitsu here.

Lost Sphear open with just in its first week in Japan with Nintendo Switch hardware selling 37,227. Check out the full charts here.

Fire Emblem Musou DLC has been confirmed for Japan with if/Fates planned for 31 December, Shadow Dragon planned for 28 February and Awakening planned for 31 March priced at ¥1,400 per pack or ¥3,000 for the set.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Nintendo Switch will soon add Android 13 and Tapion playable characters and Universe 2 and Universe 11 battle costumes paid DLC.

● Reservation of Nintendo Switch hardware on the My Nintendo Store resume on 25 October at around 12:00 JST (try just before!) with delivery scheduled between 28 November – 3 December.

Wii U

● You can now transfer your save data from Minecraft: Wii U Edition over to Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition.

● Capcom are considering terminating the services for Monster Hunter Frontier Z on both Wii U and Xbox 360 in Summer 2018.

● The video distribution app YNN will be removed from Wii U on 30 November 2017. No news yet of a Switch version.

NyaNyaNya! Neko Mario Time celebrated its 100th episode looking at the upcoming release of Super Mario Odyssey. View here. The Neko Mario Time 3DS theme is also free until 31 October.

Famitsu asked Takao Shimizu of Nintendo about the possibility of a Nintendo Classic Mini: N64 and/or Game Boy who dodged the question and said that he wants to see Famicom Mini and Super Famicom Mini side-by-side in stores first.
