Blaster Master & Metroid SP Release

Nintendo have updated Family Computer Nintendo Switch Online to Ver. 2.2.0 adding SP versions of both Blaster Master and Metroid, along with Hoshi no Kirby (Kirby’s Adventure), Super Mario USA (Super Mario Bros. 2), and Tsuppari Ozumo which is exclusive to Japan.

Chou Wakusei Senki Metafight Climax Version (Blaster Master SP) starts from AREA 8, and Metroid Samus Aran Saishuu Keitai (Metroid SP) sees Samus Aran in her final form. Trailers for the original three games at this post with screenshots for all five titles added below…

Metroid Prime 4 Developed By Retro Studios

Shinya Takahashi has given a development update on Metroid Prime 4 saying that the game “has not reached the standards expected in a sequel to the Metroid Prime series” and that “the current development status of the game is very challenged”. In response; the game’s Producer, Kensuke Tanabe is now working in collaboration with Retro Studios. Development is begin restarted from the beginning thus the game will inevitably be delayed. Dr. Mario And Metroid SP Release

Nintendo have updated Family Computer Nintendo Switch Online to Ver. 2.0.0 adding SP versions of both Dr. Mario and Metroid, along with Adventures of Lolo, Wario no Mori (Wario’s Woods) and Ninja Ryukenden (Ninja Gaiden). Trailers for the original there games at this post.

Dr. Mario Shiruhitozoshiru UFO Chokuzen Version (Dr. Mario: The UFO cover-up) begins just before a rare scene that occurs only after clearing the game on Level 20 at Hi speed. Metroid Kessen! Ridley Version (Metroid: The decisive battle against Ridley) starts at the battle against Ridley where Samus has all her equipemnt, including the Ice Beam upgrade for her weapon. Metroid Prime Trilogy Rumours Persist

Swedish retailers Inet have a listing for Metroid Prime Trilogy for Nintendo Switch release in February. Please note the listing is based entirely on speculation with the retailer saying they “think it will be announced at The Game Awards.” Inet even mocked up their own box art, which is posted below…

November Online Games Dated 

Nintendo have announced that TwinBee (Konami), Mighty Bomb Jack (Koei Tecmo Games) and Metroid (Nintendo) will arrive on the Family Computer Nintendo Switch Online subscription service on 14 November.
