Nintendo have announced that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has sold 11.71 million units worldwide for Nintendo Switch by 30 September 2018.

Nintendo have updated Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to Ver.1.7.0 where the Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 03: Drive Kit (Vehicle Kit) Car can now be used for racing! The game is also now compatible with the Nintendo Switch Online smartphone app! Read the full patch notes in English here and Japanese here.

More Games To Receive Labo Support
Nintendo reiterated again today that the number of games that will be playable with Toy-Con will “continue to increase”. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has already received Labo support with compatibility with the upcoming Vehicle Kit also confirmed. DEEMO will also correspond with the Piano Toy-Con from the second half of October.
