Giant Lapras plushie coming to Japan
A giant Lapras plushie is coming to Japan this July measuring in at 70 × 93 × 69cm, weighing in at 22kg and costing a whopping ¥27,000 (£190/$237)! Pre-orders are open at Pokémon Centers and online from 16 February – 2 April. More pictures below…

Miyagi Prefecture generates ¥2 billion from Pokémon GO event
Miyagi Prefecture held a Pokémon GO event for 11 days from November 11 – 21 with Lapras (pictured) appearing and approximately 100,000 tourists visiting Ishinomaki City generating approximately ¥2 billion (almost $17 million) in revenue.
