Heiankyo Alien coming to Famicom 

Columbus Circle, who only yesterday released the FC Combo HDMI Famicom/Super Famicom HD console and a Super Famicom cartridge version of Kaizou Choujin Shubibinman Zero have announced Heiankyo Alien 2017 for the Family Computer releasing this August in conjunction with Digifloyd who have developed several 3DS games including Pompompurin, Rilakkuma and Funassyi titles.

Heiankyo Alien was originally developed by Theoretical Science Group for personal computer release in 1979 with an arcade version following in 1980 and a Game Boy version in 1990. The Super Famicom saw a graphical overhaul for its 1995 remake. The game involves you as a Heian police officer who must defend your city by digging holes to entrap Aliens in a Pac-Man-style maze, then covering the holes back up.
