Toydea have announced the roguelike RPG DragonFangZ – The Rose & Dungeon of Time (known as “Dragon Fang Z Ryuusha Rose to Yadorigi no Meikyuu” in Japan) will be coming to the Japanese 3DS eShop next week (23 December) priced at ¥1,200. Please note the game will be for New Nintendo 3DS family models only. This will be the first Japanese 3DS game for exactly seven months! 3DS version screenshots and trailer added below…
Toydea (the developers of the hit mobile Roguelike RPG Dragon Fang) will announce a new Nintendo Switch game at the Tokyo Game Show 2017 from 21-24 September. Dragon Fang also released as a free-to-play New Nintendo 3DS game in Japan last December and although this isn’t confirmed as the Switch title, I personally expect so!
This week’s new Japanese Nintendo videos include the Monster Hunter XX collaboration with Detective Conan, a Maison de MAOU trailer for the recent Switch release, a trailer for the the rogue-like 3DS game Dragon Fang, Virtual Console trailers for both Gaia no Monshou and Moto Roader II which are now available on Wii U and a trailer for BOX UP.
Dragon Fang, Elminage Original and Cinnamoroll next week
Next week on the Japanese 3DS eShop sees the RPG Dragon Fang (free), the dungeon crawler Elminage Original (¥2,500) and the colouring software Shin Minna no Nurie Cinnamoroll (¥500) as well as both Keshikasu-kun Digital Manga Vol.009 and Grandpa Danger Digital Manga Vol.009 (¥100 each).
The Wii U eShop sees Puchikon BIG (Petit Computer BIG) finally release (¥3,000) as well as the endless runner Run Run and Die (¥500).
Toydea’s iOS/Android smash hit (1.5 million downloads) retro rogue-like dungeon RPG Dragon Fang has been announced as the third New Nintendo 3DS only title. Release date is planned for Spring 2016 and there’s a trial version at the Tokyo Games Show. 3DS image and a couple of screens below…
