Chou2 Talk chat app released for 3DS 

WaiS Co., Ltd. who haven’t released a new title for four years have just released a communication app for Nintendo 3DS entitled Chou2 Talk priced at ¥700 that allows you to chat and phone with registered friends whilst both creating and sending drawings! Trailer added below…
