Agatsuma Entertainment who formed on 12 February 1997 announced today that they are disbanding with immediate effect and plan to be liquidated by 31 March 2016. Agatsuma released several games for Wii and DS and more recently released Sayonara Umihara Kawase, Code of Princess, Anpanman to Asobo: New Aiueo Kyoushitsu and localised IRONFALL -Invasion- on 3DS.
