The denshi graphic novel game Ghostpia was announced as coming to Switch almost 2 1/2 years ago and is finally set to release this year. Ghostpia is a play on the words “ghost” and “utopia” and is set in a town where ghosts who are unable to die flood the streets at night. Knights And Bikes

Play as Nessa & Demelza and explore an ancient island with your pet goose Captain Honkers in this a bike-riding, frisbee-throwing, goose-petting, friendship-building, treasure-hunting, and story-driven adventure game from the team behind Little Big Planet! Legal Dungeon is the second game in the Guilt Trilogy from Korean developer Somi, and is about organising Police Investigation Documents. The player must review and provide an Investigation Verdict on reports ranging from petty theft to murder, in eight different criminal cases. Mad Father is an exploration-based horror-adventure game. As Aya, the main character, explore your family’s sprawling manor while making use of the items you find along the way and doing whatever you can to survive the night. The remake is set to hit Switch and Steam in 2020 with an improvement to the visuals, new events, and a new BLOOD mode. Check out the remake trailer here.

Mighty Goose

Mighty Goose is a fast paced tight side-scrolling run and gun shooter starring a bounty hunter goose called Mighty Goose! Use epic weapons and devastating war machines to battle against screen filling bosses and hordes of enemies, with lots of upgrades and secrets to discover! Mon Amour

Mon Amour

The latest game by Onion Games (Dandy Dungeon, Moon, Black Bird, etc) is now set to hit the Switch eShop this year. Described as an “insta-death kissing game”, Mon Amour is set in pre-covid times and sees you play as Baron Soisoir of the Çavaçava Kingdom, who must rescue all of his kingdom’s citizens with his slobbering lips! Orangeblood

Orangeblood

Orangeblood is set towards the end of the 20th century, on a historic timeline different from that which we know, on a man-made island off the coast of Okinawa, where you take down evil gang members and killer robots. Already available on Steam, the game finally comes to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 1 for ¥2,000. Check out the console trailer here.

Replica is the first game in the Guilt Trilogy and is an interactive novel game played through a cellphone and social media. The insane experience of peeping into someone’s private life through a cellphone will transform you into the state’s greatest patriot. The Sealed Ampoule

Developed by CAVYHOUSE (The Midenight Sanctuary), The Sealed Ampoule is described as a dungeon agricultuarisation roguelike game where players control the novice alchemist Irene Morgan, but instead of levelling-up her character, you’ll be levelling up the game’s dungeons! The new Japanese trailer (here) is for the Steam version, although the game is also scheduled for Switch and PS4.

TOKOYO: The Tower of Perpetuity

The Tower of Permanence

Originally announced way back in 2017, TOKOYO: The Tower of Perpetuity (formerly “Permanence”) is now set to hit Nintendo Switch, Steam, and smartphones in 2020. This Fez-like action game sees players climb randomly generating towers to get to the top while avoiding obstacles and defeating enemies on their climb. Umurangi Generation

Umurangi Generation is a first person photography game in the shitty future. Set in Tauranga Aotearoa off the back of an impending crisis you are a courier for the Tauranga Express.
