Pokémon Sword & Shield won the Famitsu / Dengeki Game Awards 2019 Game of the Year and RPG of the Year. Check out the full list of winners at this post.

● M2 announced the Toaplan shoot ’em ups Twin Cobra, Flying Shark, Truxton II, and Out Zone all for release on consoles.

● The beat ’em up Bare Knuckle IV (Streets of Rage 4) is also scheduled for release in Japan on April 30 with the packaged version releasing later in the year.

Cuphead is celebrating its one year release on the Nintendo Switch eShop with a 25% off sale.

● In mobile news: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp saw Just Dandy Flower Goals available, Dragalia Lost saw the featured boss Barbary added to Astral Raids, Fire Emblem Heroes saw Summoning Focus: Tempest Trials+ featuring Marth: Altean Prince, Caeda: Talys’s Heart, and Minerva: Red Dragoon, and Super Mario Run saw the return of the Weekend Spotlight: Princess Peach event.
