● The ARMS Party Crash revival event saw Spring Man (pictured) defeat Ribbon Girl by 52% to 48%.

● Neos announced their second Switch game after the Hoppe-chan and Sanrio crossover with Issyo ni Asobo♪ Koupen-chan set for Summer release priced at ¥6,050. Check out the box art and first screenshots here.

● Teyon Japan announced their first physical game for Japan with Human: Fall Flat releasing for Switch on June 25 priced at ¥3,850 and coming with 10 new skins. The game has also sold 600,000 in Japan across all platforms. Check out the box art and trailer here.

● Nintendo updated Animal Crossing: New Horizons to Version 1.1.4 which fixes a scarab beetle bug with Flick, adjusts the balance of the appearance of some Bunny Day eggs until April 11, and making them easier to find on April 12.

● Sega announced Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix‘s 4th and 5th DLC packs will release on April 13 priced at ¥990 each adding new songs and modules (costumes). Songs listed here along with a trailer for the 4th pack.

● Eastasiasoft announced the minimalistic bullet hell twin-stick shooter Null Drifter will release for Switch on April 9 priced at ¥500 / $4.99. Check out the trailer here.

● Hamster updated the shoot ’em up Arcade Archives Bells & Whistles on Switch and PS4 with some sound adjustments and a function to display systems in the online rankings.

Dragalia Lost saw the Summon Showcase, Scars of the Syndicate (Part Two) begin with the new featured adventurer Grace. Trailer posted here.

Fire Emblem Heroes saw Summoning Focus: Weekly Revival 4 (featuring Lyn: Lady of the Plains, Hector: General of Ostia, and Lyn: Brave Lady) and Cavalry Mastery quests begin yesterday. Today saw Bound Hero Battle Revival: Jeorge & Gordin and the first Voting Jubilee category (The Hero You Want as a Teacher) New Heroes: Journey Begins begins on Wednesday (featuring Midori: Reliable Chemist, Rinkah: Scion of Flame, Forrest: Fashion Forward, and Lilith: Astral Daughter). ● In COMG! rankings: Resident Evil 3 is the new number one with 332 points with Animal Crossing: New Horizons second with 274 points. TSUTAYA has Animal Crossing: New Horizons on top but Resident Evil 3 at #2 and #3 (collectively they may have sold more). The same top three can also be found at GEO. Kotoba no Puzzle Mojipittan Encore is just outside of the top 10.

● As some regions of Japan set to be declared a state of emergency as soon as Tuesday, Nintendo have decided to cancel both Super Smash Bros. Ultimate student tournaments that were scheduled to be held between May and August due to coronavirus concerns.

Nintendo Co., Ltd. (7974.T) stock increased today by +1,040 (2.48%) in Japan to close trading for the day at 42,920.00 JPY.

● The ESA announced E3 2021 dates of June 15 to 17, 2021 in what is said to be a “reimagined” event.

Monolith Soft revealed they helped co-developed Animal Crossing: New Horizons as well as Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer.

● Nintendo of America uploaded an Indies @ PAX East 2020 video here with Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon, Super Meat Boy Forever, Boyfriend Dungeon, Bake ‘n Switch, The Survivalists, and more.
