Animal Crossing: The Movie to Re-Air
The Japanese children’s television channel Kids Station will re-air the 2006 animated movie Doubutsu no Mori (Animal Crossing: The Movie) on the same date that Animal Crossing: New Horizons launches (March 20, 2020) at 16:00 JST. The film originally opened on December 16, 2006 in Japan, where it grossed an estimated 1.7 billion yen ($16 million). Doubutsu no Mori tells the story of an 11-year-old girl, Ai, who moves into a village which is populated by animals.
