● Numerous media outlets (Nintendo Soup, Gematsu, GameXplain etc) report that both Catherine: Full Body and XCOM 2 Collection have been rated for Nintendo Switch in South Korea.

● Bloomberg report that global shortages of Nintendo Switch are expected as soon as April due to the coronavirus outbreak. Read the full story here.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will see a “Starter Book” in the April 2020 issue of CoroCoro Comic, out March 14 in Japan, and will include a New Horizons comic strip.

● The latest game to be free for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers in Japan will be Dead Cells which will be free to play from February 24 to March 1 and the game 30% off at the same time.

● Sega apologised for stock shortages of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix in Japan, which is also set to be number one in Japan this week from GEO, COMG!, and Tsutaya data.

Prototype will likely reveal a new otome title for Nintendo Switch in the April 2020 issue of B’s-LOG magazine, which is out on February 20 in Japan.

● Kakehashi Games announced that the beat ’em up Super Crush KO will release on the Japanese Switch eShop on February 27.

● Crowdfunding has begun in Japan on the Makuake website for DLC for the shoot ’em up Osyaberi!Horijyo!Gekihori ~Ana Horisuki Uchu wo Sukuu Tte Nandeyanen~. Promo video posted here.

● D.N.A.Softwares updated Touhou Genso Mahjong to Version 1.0.2 with a huge amount of bug fixes detailed (in Japanese) here.

Dragalia Lost saw an epilogue added to the Monster Hunter Primal Crisis event, Ezelith’s and Orion’s limited-time stories added to the Valentine’s Confections story event revival, and the Dream Summon Special available in the in-game shop.

Fire Emblem Heroes saw the 3rd Anniversary Hero Fest, Part 3 yesterday with Lyn, Ike, Roy, and Lucina. Today saw Forging Bonds: Study in Crimson with Leila, Nils, and more, and New Heroes: The Dread Isle with Rath, Leila, Nils, and Fiora.

● Nintendo apologised for some incorrect tags on Nintendo TOKYO products with a Splatoon Skateboard saying “MADE IN JAPAN” and a Super Mario T-Shirt saying “MADE IN”. Both products are made in China. A refund has been offered.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons pre-order points on Comgnet are currently 206 (Final Fantasy VII Remake is second place with 183 points).

Nintendo Co., Ltd. (7974.T) stock increased today by +160 (0.40%) in Japan to close trading for the day at 40,000.00 JPY.
