● Apologies for the late update! Lots of news today with Kirby again voted the best character in Nintendo Dream (full post coming soon), Nintendo Check In coming to Narita Airport next week, Pokémon Happy Meals announced, Kirby Café Hakata opening, Zacian and Zamazenta trademarks filed, plus much more…

● The Talk to the Cape! spirit event has begun in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Take a look at Dark Matter, Wario-Man, and Alucard here.

● Also started is the fourth Maximus Cup event in TETRIS 99. Trailer for the UK event (named Grand Prix) here.

● Bethesda Softworks announced that Wolfenstein: Youngblood will release in Japan on 08 August priced at ¥3,800.

● The Splatoon 2 Chaos vs Order Final Fest will see a 100 times more chance of experiencing the super rare 100x Battle where if you win one of these matches, your contribution points will be multiplied by 100. Off the Hook are also rumoured to make an experience during the battle!

● The early purchase benefit for Atelier Ryza (Ryza no Atelier ~Tokoyami no Joou to Himitsu no Kakurega~) will be a Summer Adventure outfit for Ryza (pictured here).

Super Dragon Ball Heroes World Mission will see a Hero Championship tournament on 06 July at Prime Tree Akaike Shopping Mall with a special clear file for participating and original parka for the winner. Full details here.

● The upcoming Raspberry Cube game for Nintendo Switch now has a web browser demo.

● Hi-Rez Studios have released the free-to-play version of Realm Royale on the Switch eShop worldwide. The Realm Royale Founder’s Pack is priced at ¥1,668.

● A Sonic the Hedgehog limited-time event is available in Phantasy Star Online 2 until 03 July called Sonic Lobby and also featuring Sonic Nyau. Screenshots posted here.

Touhou Sky Arena: Gensokyo Kuusen Hime -MATSURI-CLIMAX will add Yuyoko Saigyouji added as a playable character next week (27 June) as paid DLC along with five additional songs. Trailer here.

● Funcom’s roguelike action game Conan Chop Chop which releases on 03 September will have Japanese language support although a Japanese release hasn’t been confirmed.

Cadence of Hyrule:Crypt of the NecroDancer feat. Zelda no Densetsu was the best-selling game on the Japanese Switch eShop last week. Check out the full top 10 for both Switch and 3DS here.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp saw a limited-time Wall & Floor Collection available with the the dreamy pastel wall and the dreamy pastel floor, and the ocean-horizon wall and the water floor both pictured here.

Dragalia Lost will see maintenance half-hour before the daily update on 28 June (27th PT). The Mercurial Gauntlet (Wind) Lv. 21 – The Mercurial Gauntlet (Wind) Lv. 40 were added to The Mercurial Gauntlet today.

Fire Emblem Heroes saw Summoning Focus: Tempest Trials+ begin featuring Laegjarn: Sheathed Steel, Helbindi: Savage Scourge, and Ylgr: Fresh Snowfall.

Super Mario Run saw the appearance rate of 5★ items in Remix 10’s Bonus Game increase until 29 June with more chance to get a 5★ Mario, Peach, Bowser, and more statues.

● Narita International Airport will see Nintendo Check In from 29 June with Nintendo Switch games playable, a Mario statue, and Mario appearing at the opening weekend for photos. Check out the press images here.

● The Kirby Café Hakata will open in Canal City Hakata in Fukuoka on 08 August with reservations open from 01 July. More information posted here.
