● A midweek Pokémon Direct revealed that Pokémon Sword/Shield will release for Nintendo Switch on 15 November. Check out a new trailer for the game.

● Credible leaks suggest that Bandai Namco Entertainment will publish the Level-5 RPG Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch for Nintendo Switch this Fall.

● Masahiro Sakurai revealed that the next Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character will be announced at the Nintendo Direct at E3 2019.

● Hisashi Nogami announced a Final Fest for Splatoon 2 (details here) and a Version 5.0.0 update, both arriving this July.

● Square-Enix revealed that Dragon Quest XII is at least in the planning stages. Check out the translated comments at this post.

● Nintendo announced City Connection, Double Dragon II: The Revenge, and Volleyball for the Nintendo Switch Online service on 12 June. Check out the introduction video.

● Koei Tecmo Games dated Atelier Ryza: Queen of the Everlasting Darkness and the Secret Hideout for 26 September in Japan. Check out the box art and contents here.

● And the ARMS Party Crash Bash final was announced for 14-17 June with Min Min vs Ninjara. Check out the final artwork.

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, Luigi’s Mansion 3, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, and MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 3: The Black Order will all be playable at E3.

● Sega Games also revealed that Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 will be playable on the E3 2019 show floor. Check out our E3 hub for all the first party information.
