● The next DLC character for Mario Tennis Ace will be Patapata (Koopa Paratroopa) who will be playable in the November online tournament, then for all players on 01 December. Trailer added here.
● Sega announced that SEGA AGES Phantasy Star will be releasing on the Switch eShop on 31 October priced at ¥999 (the same prices as the previous two SEGA AGES titles).
● Nintendo announced a Splatoon 2 Ver.4.2 update for 07 November with the cool new Special Weapon called the Ultra Stamp. Screenshots added here.
● Ubisoft have today published a demo for the the strategy board game Risk：Sekai Seifuku Game (Risk: The Game of Global Domination) on the Switch eShop along with the full game.
● Square-Enix updated the official website for Dragon Quest Builders 2: Hakaishin Shidoo to Karappo no Shima detailing the game’s multiplayer along with several new screenshots.
● Sid Meier’s Civilization VI is now available to preload on the Japanese Switch eShop published by Take-Two Interactive Japan and costing ¥6,200.
● Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will see a Special First Anniversary Log-In Bonus starting on 01 November where you can get a total of 150 Leaf Tickets!
● Dragalia Lost updated to Version 1.1.2 implementing feature improvements and bug fixes but requiring a massive 2.5 GB (plus an in-app update).
● Fire Emblem Heroes saw Summoning Focus: Heroes with Smoke Skills with Sigurd: Holy Knight, Nino: Pale Flower and Kaze: Easygoing Ninja.
● Sanrio Puroland will host a Splatoon 2 × Sanrio Characters Collaboration Memorial Event from 10 – 25 November including photos with Inkling Girl or Squid (pictured here).
● The latest my Nintendo rewards for Japan include 30% software discounts for Choukaiten Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido, Girls Mode 4: Star☆Stylist and Metroid: Samus Returns (all 3DS) and a Recochoku song code that can be redeemed on both Switch and 3DS.
● The latest Sega Games videogame trademark applications in Japan are for Chunithm Wars and チュウニズム大戦 (Chunithm Taisen).
