Nintendo Clarify Cloud Saves Issue
Nintendo have confirmed to IGN that Nintendo Switch Online cloud saves will be on the servers for 180 days after a subscription has lapsed. Users that resubscribe to the service within 180 days will have full access to their Save Data Cloud backups. Via GoNintendo.
