Smash Bros. & Splatoon Trademarks
Nintendo Co., Ltd. have applied for new trademarks in Japan for both Super Smash Bros. and Splatoon (both trademarks are for the English words). As well as for videogame purposes the trademarks include for providing of entertainment, all manners of lending purposes, and the planning and holding of events etc. The Smash Bros. one also allows for game controllers.
