● Nintendo have confirmed that their E3 Video Presentation will be called Nintendo Direct E3 2018 and will introduce Super Smash Bros. and other Nintendo Switch titles to be released in 2018.
● As a follow-up to yesterday’s top story: Nintendo Co., Ltd. shares plummeted in North America too yesterday (6%) and saw a moderate decrease today. Japan saw a moderate increase.

● Nintendo updated the Nintendo eShop adding a ‘Pick Up’ section (’Discover’ in Europe and ‘Featured’ in North America), as well as extending the charts to now include the top-30 best-selling titles, and an option to include Download-only software.
● Warner Bros. Japan announced they will be bringing LEGO DC Super Villains to Japan this Winter. Exact date and price undecided but check out the box art, website, and the announcement video here.
● Sega Games will publish Team Sonic Racing in Japan as expected. More information will be in tomorrow’s issue of Weekly Famitsu which will also include comments from series producer Takashi Iizuka.
● Players will soon be able to get a Splatoon 2 World Championship T-Shirt in-game by subscribing to the Squid Research Lab Bulletin in the Nintendo Switch News section, then access the game through the applicable news story on Friday. Pictures here.
● Game Informer spoke with Square-Enix’s Tomoya Asano who told them that “There are several other [original] titles that we’re currently working on for Switch” in addition to Octopath Traveler.

● Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp saw the second half of the Digby’s Artful Retreat event begin with new flowers, insects and rewards.
● Fire Emblem Heroes saw Bound Hero Battle: Seliph & Julia, plus the two joined by Deirdrie, as part of the 5★ Summoning Focus: Bound Hero Battle. New Heroes (Scattered Fangs) will also begin this Friday featuring Karla, Leagult and Nino. Teaser trailers here.
● Nintendo introduced the dragon Jupiter to Dragalia Lost in the teaser clip here.
● Pokémon GO added both a Mew Shirt and Latias & Latios Shirt as purchasable items in the in-game shop.

● Columbus Circle announced the HD Famicom-clone 8BIT COMPACT HDMI for release in mid-August, priced at ¥ 8,424 ($76) with two controllers, 112 pre-installed games, HDMI and AV cables, and AC Adapter. Picture here.
● OPENREC announced they will stream the Splatoon 2 World Championship on 12 June (here), the Super Smash Bros. Invitational on 13 June (here) and Ubisoft E3 2018 Conference on 12 June (here).
