● City Connection announced the vertical shooter Psyvariar Delta for both Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 releaisng on 30 August and including a limited run retail release.
● Wright Flyer Studios (including Masato Kato of Xenogears and Yasunori Mitsuda of Chrono Trigger) announced the smartphone JRPG Another Eden: Jikuu wo Koeru Neko for Nintendo Switch.
● Acquire announced the dungeon RPG Class of Heroes for the Switch eShop next week (26 April) as Ken to Mahou to Gakuen Mono Anniversary Edition and priced at ¥2,980.
● Detune will finally publish the music production software KORG Gadget for Nintendo Switch on the Switch eShop next week (26 April) priced at ¥5,000.
● CyberStep’s first Nintendo Switch game, the online action RPG Akatsuki no Breakers (Breakers: Dawn of Heroes in the West) will be releasing this Spring on Switch and Summer on iOS/Android.
● Arc System Works announced they are bringing the Fallen Legion: Rise to Glory collection to Japan in Summer 2018 as Fallen Legion -Eikou e no Keifu-.
● Advanced technology beat Unknown creatures 3-0 in the 10th Japanese Splatfest,winning 54% of the Popularity vote, 51% of the Solo battles and 52% of the Team battles.

● Fire Emblem Heroes saw a Grand Hero Battle with Saias: Bishop of Flame, Summoning Focus: Tempest Trials+, Tempest Trials+: Thunder’s Fist, and the Summoning Focus: Heroes with Combat Boosts events begin.
● Miitomo saw the “Sun, sand and style! Miitomo Tropical Fashion [B]”, “Konnichiwa! Japanese Culture [A]” and “Welcome to Japan! Japanese Traditions” stages added to Miitomo Drop.

● As broken here: Nintendo Co., Ltd., Creatures Co., Ltd. and Game Freak Inc. have applied for a trademark for ウルトラシャイニー (Ultra Shiny) in Japan.
