● The first bankruptcy of a Nintendo Switch developer happened a little under a year after their Switch title release with Over Fence, developers of Battle Sports Mekuru (Flip Wars). Mekuru launched way too early with barebones content and absolutely broken online play which when fixed, was too little too late. Nintendo publishing the game in the west did little to help their fortunes.

● Nintendo confirmed the ARMS Global Testpunch will also be coming to Japan from 31 March until 3 April with the game also 30% off at a special price of ¥4,520 during this time.
● Cosen announced the visual novel game Defoliation for Nintendo Switch releasing on the eShop this Summer priced at ¥1,000. The game is currently available on smartphones developed by Rising Win Tech. Promo video added here.

● Capcom announced the postponement of the Japanese release of Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection International from Spring to an unspecified timeframe.
● PQube Limited will publish the multiplayer Japanese sports extravaganza Nippon Marathon for Nintendo Switch in Japan, probably this Fall priced at ¥1,010.
● Kaeru Panda announced a demo for 10 Second Run RETURNS will release on 29 March with the full game reduced to just ¥500 from 28 March to 10 April. The demo includes exclusive content not found in the full version!
● HORI announced Joy-Con(L)for Nintendo Switch with a built-in D-Pad (but restricted to Handheld Mode and no Gyro/HD Rumble etc), launching this July. Pictures added here.

● Entergram opened up the teaser site and published the first promo video for the visual novel Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou (Higurashi When They Cry) which releases for Switch on 26 July 2018.

● Fire Emblem Heroes saw the Special Heroes: Hares at the Fair 5★ Focus begin with Kagero, Alfonse, Sharena and Catria, plus some some limited-time special quests and a Log-In Bonus where you can earn up to 10 Orbs.
