● The next Japanese Splatfest was announced for Splatoon 2 with the theme of ‘Who do you support? Champion or Challenger?’, a collaboration with CoroCoro, and taking place next weekend between 15:00 and 15:00 JST on 3 and 4 February Announcement video added here.

● Video Capture will be coming to Pokkén Tournament DX next week (31 January) along with several balance patches.

● And a couple of World Hobby Fair tournament videos. Firstly almost five hours of Super Bomberman R here, day two here, over six hours of Splatoon 2 here and day two here.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has been updated to Ver.1.1.4 ‘implementing feature improvements’. It also looks like there will be Valentine’s event soon too with themed clothing and flowers.

Fire Emblem Heroes will be updated in February adding new weapon skills to a group of existing Heroes and also allow more weapons to be refined in the Weapon Refinery.

Miitomo saw new items added to the line-up in Miitomo Shop including Tartan Quilted Jacket, Turtleneck & Jacket and Snowflake Brooch all pictured here.

● According to both GameStop Denmark and the Brazilian rating board, THQ Nordic is bringing De Blob, Legend of Kay Anniversary, Elex, and Rad Rogers all to Nintendo Switch. Thanks to Hero of Legend.

● The Taiwanese rating board also lists Marvelous’ Assault Gunners for Switch.

● Image & Form Games and Zoink Games are set to join forces and become Thunderful! More information here.

Hello Kitty Kruisers is coming to Switch at retail (and obviously the eShop too) in Spring 2018 courtesy of Rising Star Games. Trailer here.

● The 3DS game AeternoBlade is coming to Switch on 1 February courtesy of Corecell. It was known as Time Avenger in Japan. The old promo video here.
