Bandai Namco plan big Switch titles for 2018
Bandai Namco Entertainment President Mitsuaki Taguchi has admitted to The Wall Street Journal surprise at the success of the Nintendo Switch: “We have put 3 games on the Switch so far and all of them are doing well, it’s a shame, but we didn’t think the Switch [would] be accepted this fast.” To rectify this, there will be three big titles releasing exclusively to Nintendo Switch worldwide between Spring-Summer 2018.
Bandai Namco Entertainment’s current Switch support is just Namco Museum, One Piece Unlimited World R and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 with Gotouchi Tetsudou for ‘Winter’ and One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 for 21 December. Taiko no Tatsujin and Tales of titles have also been confirmed but no further information has been released.
