Nintendo want mobile to be a pillar of their business
President Tatsumi Kimishima said at the recent Investor Q&A that in the future, he would like smartphone development to be “one of the pillars of our business”. Kimishima also states they would need a business partner to expand into China and will continue to consider the company’s options. Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is the fourth Nintendo mobile game title and will be available in multiple regions in late November.
