Level-5 looking into putting Layton on Switch in the future
Nintendo Life recently interviewed the Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino asking him why he chose 3DS over Switch for Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy: “The reason why we didn’t bring it to Switch is because we hadn’t started development for the Switch at the time that we were actively working on this game” although offered some hope to Nintendo Switch owners: “For the future, we’ll look into maybe porting it to Switch and making the next game in the series on the Switch.” Check out the full interview here.
