Blaster Master Zero update and demo

Inti Creates are delivering Version 1.2 of Blaster Master Zero to the Nintendo Switch eShop tomorrow (3 May) and 3DS (4 May) with two new free gameplay modes with the super difficult Destroyer Mode and the EX Character Mode which allows you to play as a cast of DLC characters, plus a demo version to those who haven’t bought. Destroyer Mode

Version 1.2 allows you to access the super difficult Destroyer Mode upon completion of the regular game and promises a whole new type of challenge.

EX Character Mode

The new Ex Character Mode allows you to play through the entire game as one of the DLC characters, each with their own individual abilities and much more than mere skins.

Demo Version 

The demo version allows you to choose between two stages: The Forest Area (Area 1) and the Industrial Area (Area 3). The Switch version also allows for local multiplayer. 

DLC Characters

Anyone that owns Blaster Master Zero will be able to download any character for the EX Character Mode for free for the first two weeks on sale. 

Gunvolt will be free from 4 – 17 May and Ekoro from 1 – 14 June. After that they ill be $1.99 apiece (probably ¥250 but we’ll confirm soon).
