NOA co-founder Alan Stone passes away
We are sad to report that Nintendo of America co-founder Alan ‘Al’ Stone passed away last Friday at the age of 71 due to cancer. Stone was integral in bringing the original Donkey Kong over to the States and worked at NOA for 13 years including its Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later became President and CEO at Sega Enterprises, Inc.
