Late Wednesday Update with new Splatoon 2 stage, Kuroko no Basuke sale and more tidbits!
This is the second of two updates today, the earlier update talks about the death of NOA co-founder Al Stone, Dragon Quest X news and three 3DS games announced.
● Splatoon 2 saw another new stage announced today with the ‘Diadema Amphitheater’ which is the home of the legendary band ’Squid Squad’.
● Kuroko no Basuke will see a Nintendo 3DS sale from 1- 15 March with Kuroko no Basuke: Mirai e no Kizuna reduced from ¥6,145 to ¥3,700 and Kuroko no Basuke: Shouri e no Kiseki reduced from ¥6,151 to ¥2,900.
● Rock ‘N Racing Off Road on Wii U will also see a permanent price reduction from 1 March priced at just ¥500 (from ¥800). I’ll update the Sales page tomorrow!
● Go! Go! Kokopolo 3D -Space Recipe For Disaster– is on-course for a Japanese release from a recent developer interview with Nintendo Life: ”We’ve got a little bit of text localisation to complete for the Japanese version, but it should also be ready to release over there pretty soon, once we’ve got the translations in.“
● VOEZ was confirmed in Famitsu as being released in March for ¥2,500 and features over 100 songs.
● Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 3 Professional has supply issues and only sold 11,568 at retail last week. Pokémon Sun Moon was the best-selling retail game with the Monster Hunter XX pre-load topping the eShop charts.

● Eiji Aonuma told Game Informer his favourite three The Legend of Zelda games: Phantom Hourglass, Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess with Tri Force Heroes as his most underrated.
