Nintendo 3DS news
● Arc System Works announced the latest Jake Hunter title Tantei Jinguji Saburo: Ghost of the Dusk and Intense the third Parascientific Escape title Chou Kagaku Dasshutsu: Saihate no Cross Eyes. Next week will see the retro RPG Dragon Sinker from Kemco, the puzzler Subara City from Flyhigh Works and Digicoro Grandpa Danger Vol.011 Baby is Cute!! by Shogakukan.
Mobile news
● Another successful week for Fire Emblem Heroes which is still #3 on the JP App Store. Players received 10,000 Hero Feathers and plenty of new content (including the Grand Hero Battle). Super Mario Run players can retrieve a Gold Bowser Statue from My Nintendo. And Miitomo saw a free Lucina Mask plus a new update adding a Miifoto Log, customisable Bio and much more.
Nintendo Switch news
● Another quiet week for Nintendo Switch news. President Tatsumi Kimishima revealed there will be no internet browser on day one. LEGO City Undercover was confirmed for Japan (second half of 2017). Final Fantasy XV was confirmed as not releasing on Switch. Splatoon 2 will see a Global Testfire from 24-26 March and will include LAN Play and Private Battle Spectator View.
Other news
● In other news: a Castlevania Netflix series was announced… and it’ll air in Japan! The VVVVVV team are working on State Machine although no mention of 3DS nor Switch, a GIANT Lapras plushie is coming to Japan this July, a Monster Hunter Sticker App released on iOS and Android and a Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary sale actually included ten Wii games!
