Mario Sports Superstars amiibo Cards confirmed for Japan
Nintendo has confirmed that Mario Sports Superstars will also get amiibo Cards in Japan. There are 90 cards in total to collect with 5 cards from each of the game’s 18 playable characters. Each packet contains five random cards with one from each Sport (Football, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Horse Riding) and will cost ¥479 per packet. The retail version will contain one random card during its first run, Each amiibo card allows players to unlock the Star version of the corresponding character in the corresponding sport and thus be better at that particular sport.
