Nintendo Switch announced, all the confirmed games and more news

● Nintendo today revealed the Switch (codename ’NX). It will release in March 2017 and as expected is a home console portable hybrid with detachable controllers, dock, tiny cartridges, pro controllers, and is powered by a custom Tegra processor. Go to https://www.nintendo.co.jp/switch for the website and reveal trailer.

● Games confirmed so far for the Switch include:-

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Nintendo)
Skyrim Remastered (Bethesda)
Mario Kart (Nintendo)
NBA 2K17 (2K Sports)
Super Mario 3D (Nintendo)
Splatoon (Nintendo)

Nintendo Co., Ltd. shares closed at 3.34% higher than at start of trading today and are now 26,950% (this is after the announcement of the reveal although not after the actual reveal). This is considerably lower than the Pokémon GO insanity but far higher than where they started 2016.

● Nintendo Co., Ltd. trademark application for a Bluetooth Product here and here. These seem to indicate an NFC Reader/Writer with Bluetooth.

Mario Party: Star Rush and the Super Mario Series amiibo are now available in Japan.

● The new Attack on Titan escape adventure game Shingeki no Kyojin: Shichi-Kara no Dasshutsu has a new website.

● The new FuRyu JRPG The Alliance Alive has also officially unveiled its new website.

● The final new update is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild website with new footage.

● Japan’s Financial Services Agency may regulate Poké Coins in Pokémon GO according to a report in the Financial Times. Thanks to Anime News Network.
