Tokyo Game Show Day 3 with Great Ace Attorney 2, Thunder Force III and more!
● Dai Gyakuten Saiban 2: Naruhodo Ryunosuke no Kakugo (The Great Ace Attorney 2) has been announced although no platform announced. Trailer here with a series 15 year retrospective here.
● Thunder Force III is the latest 3D Classic announced by Sega for Sega 3D Fukkoku Archives 3: FINAL STAGE. A new trailer here. Sega have also purchased the intellectual property of original Thunder Force III developers Tecno Soft.
● The Pokémon GO Plus accessory is already scarce in Japan with a new shipment not until November. A new update is also available: “Trainers, Pokémon GO is being updated to version 0.37.1 for Android and 1.7.1 for iOS with minor fixes for the Pokémon GO Plus.”
● A major Dragon Ball Fusions update is coming soon adding online play. A demo should coincide. The game is really fun from the limited time I’ve had playing it.
● And a large update to Dragon Quest X (version 3.4) is coming on 6 October. Update trailer here and Tokyo Game Show video here.
● The latest Star Account in the Japanese Miitomo is Warai Meshi Tetsuo (Tetsuo Nakanishi). Tetsuo and Bri Bri are photographed together here!
● Puzzle & Dragons (mobile version) has surpassed 43 million downloads in Japan. Wow! There’s also a set of Japanese only iOS stickers for free pictured here.
● The Pokémon Sun Moon anime will start airing in Japan in November. More details including preview here.
