Nintendo Co., Ltd. acquire JESNET Co., Ltd.
JESNET (http://www.jesnet.co.jp) are a major distributor of Japanese Nintendo products. The acquisition for 70% (at roughly $47m) was agreed on 25 August with shares to be transferred on 3 April 2017. JESNET will also work with videogame wholesaler AJIOKA in order to distribute Nintendo products.
