Unfortunately not a physical actual Kinopio (Toad) but a depiction (or depictions!) of Captain Toad will be delivered to Animal Crossing: New Leaf by passing nationwide relay stations from 23 – 30 November in Japan which I guess us poor importers will unfortunately miss out:-( Check out http://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/egdj/paper/ for more info and screens.
