● New update (1.0.4) for Super Smash Bros. detailed at http://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/axcj/update/index.html and basically just adjusting the game balance.

● Nintendo content uploaded to Niconico (Nintendo own a stake in parent company Dwango) limited to playthrough videos, fan art and music covers at present which will be eligible for a Creative Endorsement Programme (prizes!) from 1 December and is an early step from Nintendo for encouraging fan content for their intellectual properties. No details over whether this wil extend to YouTube etc in the near future.

Mighty Gunvolt is getting DLC next week (26 November) with four new stages/bosses for ¥300.

● Comgnet rankings are currently 1,490pts for Pokémon ORAS and 1,014 for Yokai Watch 2: Shinuchi.

Ping Pong Trick Shot has risen to #8 in the eShop charts. Must have strong word of mouth. Anyone played it?

Game Party Japan 2015 will run from 31 January to 1 February with Nintendo as one of the sponsors. Go to http://tokaigi.jp for more information.

● Jump Magazine will have two Monster Hunter 4G quests on the issues available 21 November and 22 December. I must review Jump Legend Biography someday.
