● Slightly late update in the third anniversary of the Nintendo 3DS: slow-ish news week with the Nintendo Video service being canceled along with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection also set to be canceled on both DS and Wii (this will not affect any DSiWare). In-fact more DSiWare is coming to Japan with the new puzzler Zakros as well as localisations for both Mighty Flip Champs and Mighty Milky Way. Other eShop news with Bird Mania 3D Winter and Gargoyle’s Quest II (Famicom) both announced for next week, Kuroko Style for the week after and Steel Empire confirmed for later in March.

● And in site news: new reviews for the excellent Youkai Watch (8/10), the fun but limited Oshare Hamster to Kurasou (5/10) and the superb R-Type (9/10). Later on tonight will see A New World Magi reviewed with Tomodachi Collection (DS version) to follow shortly! I’m hoping next week’s review will be Fossil Fighters: Infinite Gear although I haven’t had time to play it much thus far with Kumamon ★ Bomber Puzzle de Kumamon Taisou planned for the week after.
