• Konami are running a Goemon Virtual Console sale from 20 – 31 December with both Famicom titles half-price at ¥250 and both Game Boy titles half-price at ¥200.

• Pokemon X & Y Version 1.2 is available to download fixing certain bugs. The Tomodachi Collection: New Life Version 1.2 integrating Miiverse is also finally available (just load the game to be prompted).

• Pokemon Bank will be presented by Brigette from the GameCube’s Pokémon Box: Ruby & Sapphire and will be surprisingly region-free. A Western video explaining the Bank is viewable at http://youtu.be/sTfSDbrskfE with it hitting Japan on 25 December and elsewhere on the 27th.
