Go to the eShop to download and install the latest system update which brings Miiverse and Nintendo Network ID to 3DS. NNID will be the same as your Wii U ID or as your intended ID for future Nintendo systems. There is also a combined eShop balance for your Wii U and 3DS accounts as well as singular Mii between both systems. Other changes include the scrapping of the five system limit in system transfers and the 3DS camera is now activated via simultaneously pressing L & R so less chance of the annoying camera accidentally opening up!
